Wisconsin Rapids official says governor’s wind energy restrictions hurt project

An ambitious plan by a Wisconsin Rapids company to build a wind energy blade factory with hundreds of new jobs has been put on hold.As Glen Moberg reports, the city’s mayor blames in part new restrictions on the industry proposed by the Walker administration.
