Lack of heat-related deaths in state compare dramatically to 1995 scorcher

The last time it was this hot and humid for a prolonged period in Wisconsin, was 1995.The big difference is back then, 154 people died due to the heat.This year, there have been no reports of heat-related deaths so far.WPR’s Terry Bell called Wisconsin Emergency Preparedness Coordinator Todd Pritchard to find out why.
