Scrubbing Paste

You just take baking soda and mix a liquid soap, like castile soap or dish soap, into it until it’s the consistency of frosting. You can use this to scrub just about anything. Your tub, stove top, sink, etc.

Toilet Bowl Cleaner

Pour 1 cup of vinegar into the bowl. Let it sit while you are cleaning the rest of the bathroom. If you’re only cleaning the toilet, let it sit for 10 minutes. When you are ready to clean the bowl, add approximately 1/3 of a cup of baking soda. It will fiz. As it is fizzing, scrub with a toilet brush. When it’s done fizzing, just flush the toilet.

All-purpose Cleaner (for non-stone surfaces)

1 qt. warm water
1 tsp. castile soap (I like Dr. Bronner’s Peppermint Castile Soap)
1 tsp. Borax
Splash of Vinegar

Mix these together in a spray bottle and use to clean surfaces that aren’t made of stone. The mixture only lasts for a couple of days, so mix it up when you are going to clean your house, rather than keeping it under the sink for when you need it for a spill.
