The nearly 100,000 acre forest fire in Minnesota’s Boundary Waters Canoe Wilderness Area is slowing down after exploding a week ago, dumping ash and sending the smell of smoke as far away as Green Bay, Milwaukee and Chicago.Mike Simonson says the weather is helping.
