Bad River Band plans to set its own air quality standards

Already armed with its own water quality standards approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency this fall, the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa is now planning to set their own air quality standards. Mike Simonson reports that it could be used against the proposed iron ore mine in Ashland and Iron Counties.
