UW system campuses rely more heavily on tuition

The UW- Eau Claire says it has to work harder than ever to attract and graduate students to make up for cuts in state aid.UW campuses are set to open for the school year, and as Rich Kremer reports, Eau Claire and other UW System schools say they now get more money from tuition than from the state.
