Madison mayor calls for new rules at Mifflin block party

The future of an annual Madison block party for students is “up in the air” . Madison’s mayor says he “doesn’t want to take a good time away from anybody”but is disturbed by the violence and excessive alcohol consumption this past Saturday. Shamane Mills reports.
