Wisconsin nonprofits cutting back on foreclosure prevention services

Wisconsin Homeowners looking for help in avoiding foreclosure will have to look harder for that help next year.As Rich Kremer reports, unstable federal funding is forcing some nonprofits to stop offering foreclosure prevention services.
