Wisconsin and Minnesota lawmakers try to stop St. Croix bridge project

A group of 30 state lawmakers from Wisconsin and Minnesota is urging congressional leaders to oppose a bridge project spanning the St. Croix River.As Rich Kremer reports without congressional action the bridge cannot be built.
