Walker on Obama jobs plan

Tonight, President Obama will be unveiling a several hundred billion dollar plan to create jobs. Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker says he hopes the President realizes that the best way to help start and grow businesses, is for the government to get out of the way. Steve Roisum reports.
