Three new large commercial cheese plants are coming to Wisconsin.John Umhoefer of The Wisconsin Cheesemakers Association says Emmi Roth will build a new plant in Platteville and Belgioioso Cheese is expanding in Pulaski. In addition, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that Holland Family Cheese will build a new plant in Thorp. Kristen Durst reports.
