State transportation officials eager to build St. Croix River Crossing

Transportation officials from Wisconsin and Minnesota are chomping at the bit to begin construction on a new bridge dubbed the St. Croix River Crossing.As Rich Kremer reports the $700 million bridge is still years away from reality but work could begin within weeks.
