The governors of Wisconsin and Minnesota are urging congress to quickly approve construction of a new Mississippi River bridge.Governor Scott Walker says the project can’t happen without Minnesota’s share of the funds.Minnesota’s governor says he’ll pull more than 360-million dollars for the project if congress doesn’t approve it by March 15th.Rich Kremer reports.
