St. Croix County feels growing pains

U.S. Census data shows that St. Croix County is the fastest growing area in Wisconsin.More than 21,000 people call it home than back in 2000.Rich Kremer reports local governments are rushing to keep up with infrastructure needs, while farmers are concerned about dwindling farmland.
