A few dozen bikers got together recently in a small southern Ashland County town to rev their engines and go for a day’s ride.
They’re members of a national motorcyclist rights group: “ABATE,” which stands for “A Brotherhood Against Totalitarian Enactments.” Mike Simonson spoke with them before they took off from Cayuga for a long ride through the north woods.
