Locals want to make Rock River trail major tourist destination

Scenic but economically hard hit areas along the Rock River could someday benefit from eco-tourism. Supporters of the Rock River Trail Initiative are applying for federal designation as a National Scenic, Recreational and Historic Trail.Shamane Mills reports.
