Coda: The Avian Quintet

The Avian Quintet is the name chosen for a Woodwind Quintet with Percussion. They performed just after The Midday’s interview with pianist Michael Doerr in Michelsen Hall on the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point campus.

The quartet includes Emily Janes, flute; senior music education major Stacey Berk, oboe; faculty Amanda Balane, clarinet; senior music education, performance, and music literature major Kathryn Szombatfalvy, bassoon; senior BA in Music Michelle Pehler, horn; senior music education major Matthew Clark, percussion; senior music education and performance major. They perform the Avian Suite composed by Stacey Berk.
