Arts Groups Express Opinions To City Council On Confluence Project

Representatives of Chippewa Valley’s performing arts groups came together to express worries and concerns about the proposed Confluence Project in downtown Eau Claire at a meeting in City Hall. The meeting was led by Kerry Kincaid, president of Eau Claire City Council.
