Plans to extend Amtrak service in Wisconsin and the Midwest could include new passenger railway stations in Eau Claire, Madison, Green Bay and Superior. And Rep. Lori Palmeri takes a seat in the state Assembly while continuing to serve as mayor of Oshkosh.
