Many Republicans in Congress say they’ll use a potential default on the country’s debt as a negotiating tactic. We talk with Representative Glenn Grothman about the issue and new legislation he’s sponsoring. We also learn about the effort to remove racial housing restrictions still on the books in some Wisconsin communities.
