WE Energies Hit With $600 Million Fine

Wisconsin’s largest electric utility has reached an air pollution settlement that could cost ratepayers hundreds of millions of dollars. The U-S Justice Department and the E-P-A today announced the deal with Milwaukee-based WE Energies. Chuck Quirmbach reports.
