The first hijab-wearing fashion model has been visiting college campuses throughout Wisconsin this week to speak about her personal journey and her experience as a young, Muslim woman in the spotlight. We talk with her about her activism and career as a fashion model. We also talk about what keeps some citizens from showing up to the polls, even as companies and groups try to make voting more accessible.
