Wisconsin Senate approves earlier primary, restricting emailing of ballots

Wisconsin’s September primary will be moved to August under a measure that passed the State Senate Thursday.But majority Republicans got rid of a new, short-lived law that would have let clerks e-mail ballots to people who ask for them.Shawn Johnson reports.
