New Analysis Shows Outdated Info For Many Sex Offenders In The State, 50th Year Of Bone Marrow Transplants, Student Loan Watchdog Has Quit The Job

Seth Frotman, the nation’s top government official overseeing the $1.5 trillion student loan market resigned on Monday, August 27, citing what he says is the White House’s open hostility toward protecting student loan borrowers. Frotman is the latest high-level departure from the CFPB since Mulvaney took over in late November.

The records of nearly 3,000 offenders on the state’s Sex Offender Registry are in need of accurate or more current information. We find out the details on this week’s Wisconsin News Roundup.
