While the post-recession economy has been gradually improving, poverty in Wisconsin was at its highest in 30 years in the 2009-2014 period and wealth inequality is gradually increasing, too. Our guest tells us who might be the hardest hit by the rising poverty and where Wisconsin stands in comparison to the rest of the nation.
