On this Food Friday we discuss how we feel when we eat at certain times of day, and how we can meet those emotions with what we eat. Then we look at how transparency efforts by statewide and local health departments around coronavirus data can sometimes leads to more confusion. And we’ll talk to the head of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation about a new federal grant to expand passenger rail service in the state.
