Unwanted telemarketing calls still plague people in Wisconsin

Consumer protection officials in Wisconsin came out with their annual list of top ten consumer complaints this week, and once again, unwanted calls from telemarketers was number one.

It’s been that way for several years now, with no improvement in sight.We called Sandy Chalmers of the Wisconsin Deparment of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection to find out why, and what’s being done.
