The Wisconsin Legislature will hear testimony this week on a bill that would bar transgender youth from competing on girls sports teams. We talk to about the legal issues at hand as similar bills crop up across the country. Then, we talk to a journalist about allowing Native students to pay homage to their background when the graduate.
