Tax break proposals pass to the Senate, debate continues over tort reform

A few of Governor Scott Walker’s proposals to create jobs received bi-partisan support in the legislature yesterday.But lawmakers remained sharply divided on the Governor’s plan to make it harder to bring lawsuits in Wisconsin. Shawn Johnson reports.
