Some disadvantages to Baldwin’s uncontested Senate campaign

Congresswomen Tammy Baldwin is so far the only Democrat running to replace Senator Herb Kohl who is retiring this year. It’s unclear whether anybody else will jump in. Running unopposed has its advantages but, as Noah Ovshinsky reports, there are also disadvantages.
