Protesters speak out against Walker’s budget

Opponents of Governor Scott Walker’s state budget are back in the streets this week carrying out a series of rallies and marches around the state Capitol. About a thousand union members and their supporters turned out today for a rally outside the M& I bank building. Gilman Halsted reports.
