Host Clara Neupert welcomes area journalist Julian Emerson; Carrie Poser, director of Wisconsin Balance of State Continuum of Care; Karen Petersin, social worker with the Chippewa Valley Street Ministry; and Susan Wolfgram, co-chair of the JONAH Affordable Housing Task Force. They will identify the challenges western Wisconsin communities face when combating homelessness and some tenants’ barriers to safe and affordable housing.
