A variety of errors can lead to the wrong person being convicted of a crime. Faulty forensics, inaccurate eyewitness accounts, false confessions, and police or prosecutorial misconduct. UW law professor Keith Findley will tell us how convictions can go awry and how the criminal justice system could be improved to reduce wrongful convictions.
