Trump Abandons TPP, Affordable Care Act’s Impact On Rural Areas, Women’s March On Washington

In his first week in the White House, President Donald Trump signed an executive order to withdraw the U.S. from the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). A political scientist tells us what that could mean for international relations and trade. Over the weekend, women are marching in Washington D.C. and cities around the country, including Madison. One of the organizers of the group of Wisconsinites headed to D.C. to march joins us to talk about what issues women are trying to raise as a new administration takes office. With a plan to repeal the Affordable Care Act moving through Congress, we discuss how losing the ACA will affect healthcare in rural areas of Wisconsin.
