Supreme Court Issues Ruling In Wisconsin Gerrymandering Case

On Monday, the United States Supreme Court issued a highly-anticipated ruling on Wisconsin partisan gerrymandering case, Gill v. Whitford, but it wasn’t the decisive decision that many expected. Rather, the Supreme Court ruled that the plaintiffs lacked standing, and sent the case back to a lower court for further action. This hour, we break down and analyze the court’s ruling, as well as where the legal fight goes from here.
