After attempted Russian interference around the 2016 election, ProPublic and other like-minded organizations decided to monitor targeted political ads on Facebook by creating a tool to do so. Last month, Facebook blocked some key features of that tool. We talk with a guest to find out what’s behind Facebook’s move.
