Chinese tours lead by a University of Wisconsin-Stout professor will be discussed on Spectrum West from Wisconsin Public Radio’s Ideas Network on Thursday, December 10. Spectrum West will also feature the fourth annual Eau Claire Film Festival and the coming performance of A Christmas Carol in New Richmond.
