Taking a look at the criminal justice system in Wisconsin, jail overcrowding, and the possibility of reform. Guests will include LaCrosse County Circuit Judge John Perlich, an advocate for reform and the use of alternative sentencing for convicted felons. Judge Perlich will be joined by Marathon County District Attorney Jill Falstad and Marathon County Administrator Mort McBain, who are both working locally to balance the high cost of incarceration with the need for public safety.
