Physical Therapy Advice: Safe Summer Physical Activities

While business is not as usual for things like group or team sports and gyms pose a mid-to-high risk, you can still participate in several sports and outdoor activities. We talk with our physical therapists about getting started with some social-distancing-friendly sports and how to avoid injury.
