With warm weather on the horizon, gardeners are itching to get outdoors and start planting. Shereen Siewert welcomes gardening experts Nick Schultz and Marissa Ashbeck for our annual gardening show, with tips for best growing practices in north central Wisconsin. Schultz, a Portage County master gardener who has written extensively about gardening topics, and Ashbeck, horticulture and grounds manager at Monk Botanical Gardens, will offer advice and answer questions from listeners about growing flowers, shrubs, vegetables and trees in our often-inclement northern climate. Listeners can email questions in advance and during the program to route51@wpr.org.
