March 6, 2014: WI State Budget and Taxes

This Thursday, March 6th, Route 51 focuses on the Walker administration’s blueprint for the budget and taxes with Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch, and two regional lawmakers, State Representative Katrina Shankland (D- Stevens Point) and State Representative Bob Kulp (R-Stratford). Host Glen Moberg will ask Lt. Governor Kleefisch about a tax roundtable she will moderate in Rhinelander on Friday, and will get reaction to state budgetary issues from Representatives Shankland and Kulp. The program will also discuss Shankland’s new bill that would require utilities to produce 30% renewable energy by 2030.
