Dramatically increasing generic drug prices have affected many Wisconsin citizens in the last few years with many prescriptions seeing more than a 100% increase in price. We talk with a writer of a new bill that would give Wisconsin’s Attorney General more power to prevent price gouging by pharmaceutical companies. We also take a peek at the upcoming Milwaukee Brewers season and find out more about the NRA’s plan to sue Florida over recent gun control legislation.

The new laws raise the age that a person can buy a rifle from 18 to 21; institute a three-day waiting period; and, move to train and arm some school officials. However, the National Rifle Association is taking the state to court, claiming that the provision violate the Second and 14th Amendments. We talk to Alexandra Filindra, Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Illinois-Chicago, about what the lawsuit says about the intersection of guns and politics in the United States.
