How Colleges Profited From Indigenous Homelands In Wisconsin

In the 19th century, more than a million acres of tribal lands in Wisconsin were ceded to the U.S. government and then used by universities to pad endowments. We discuss a two-year news investigation of these land transfers and how universities might explore reconciliation.
