In the next hour, we’re talking about climate change. A report released this month by UN scientists says carbon dioxide emissions need to be cut almost in half from 2010 levels in the next 12 years to limit the worst effects of climate change and environmental damage. If not, they say the damage could reach more than $50 trillion.
Local governments in Wisconsin are already trying to adapt to the effects of climate change.
