Think back to a time before smartphones or before the internet. Well, about one-third of the world’s population can’t because it’s all they’ve ever known. This group of young people has become known as Generation Z or iGen. And, some of them, are just turning 18.
In the next hour, we’ll talk with Brad Gingras, owner of the consulting agency Superior Strategies. He talks about his work to define the differences among age groups and how the iGen generation is offering new mindsets and sometimes challenges in the classroom and on the job.
