The rate of employees quitting their jobs remained steady through the pandemic at around 2.4 percent, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. However, a business management professor says a wave of pent-up resignations is coming. We talk to that professor about his “Great Resignation” prediction and how to quit your job in a post-pandemic world.
