California could become the second state in the U.S. to raise the legal minimum smoking age from 18 to 21 years old. We’re joined by Patrick Remington, Professor and Associate Dean of Public Health at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, to talk about the public health implications of the law. Then we’re joined by Robert Mentzer, Storytelling Editor for the USA Today Network-Wisconsin, who penned an op-ed calling for Wisconsin to follow California’s lead.
