Second ruling for Neumann couple expected in April

Arguments took place in Wausau today in a request for a new trial for Leilani Neumann.She was convicted of reckless homicidewith her husband Dale of for using faith healing as their11 year old daughter died from treatable diabetes.Glen Moberg was in the courtroom, and files this report.
