Recount Likely in 9th District Race

The struggle for control of the Wisconsin State Senate came down to the wire Tuesday night.One of the most closely watched races was the 9th district.Republican challenger Joe Leibham was eventually declared the winner, but by a very small margin. And the loser of the race will ask for a recount.Patty Murray has more.
