A circuit court judge who signed the recall petition against Republican Governor Scott Walker has lost his job in GOP-dominated Ozaukee County.

It wasn’t the only issue in the Ozaukee County contest, but challenger Joe Voiland hammered away at incumbent Judge Thomas Wolfgram having signed the petition triggering the recall race against Scott Walker.Wolfgram argued he could still be an impartial judge, but in victory last night Voiland said voters questioned Wolfgram’s judgment.

“The Ozaukee County voters went out to vote for a judge and wanted someone who had exhibited good judgment,” he said.
